as its mostly the same in multiple places, this should reduce the amount of repeated code
Even though LTv3 has localization, it won't support morse code

Details
Update InnerTube to v2. Since this is a big PR, it will stay in nightly for a while in https://tube-nightly.kuylar.dev, so we can make sure everything works (& update the projects that utilize the API) before releasing it
