Analyze bindgen with custom C defines

bindgen was initially avoided because it didn't copy the documentation and had some incorrect conversion of pointers(and a few smaller issues) - now these issues have been solved.

One remaining issue is that I wanted to use cfg to simulate the C defines from the headers.
Passing "-D[the define]" to clang should work - experiments needed and switch to bindgen if it works.
