Non-players can currently be sent Evil messages. If the ST accidentally gives the wrong player for /evil, they will be sent the evil message regardless of whether they are actually a player.

The Bot should prevent against non-players being sent evil messages. If a non-player (one without the Villager role) is autocompleted, the bot should instead message the author an error.
