What

As a user, when I receive an email with attachments, then I also want to access these attachments from TDrive.

James should send to TDrive a JMAP download link with attachment name, mime type, thumbnail link, size so that TDrive can display it all.

How

AMQP extension to send required metadata to TDrive. Check in the settings (#630) if attachment should be published to TDrive for a given user.
