Migration 2.X to 3.X

Kotlin JDSL 2.X and 3.X can be used together in a single application because there is no package name crash. So, you can write new queries in Kotlin JDSL 3.X and gradually move queries written in Kotlin JDSL 2.X to Kotlin JDSL 3.X.
