We use Linear at work and it's really great, so thanks for all the work you've put into it!
With GitHub integration, it would be great to have an intermediary workflow status between On PR review request, move to... and On PR merge, move to... that indicates a PR has received a review by someone. Something like On PR reviewed, move to....
With this, we can then differentiate between open PRs that are being reviewed by someone vs open PRs that are waiting for a review. Currently, these two statuses are merged into one under On PR review request, move to... and you have to click through to each PR to see if it's not been picked up.
Not sure if this would be possible to automate based on what you get from GitHub, but would be interested to hear thoughts on this!
