Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
An Autoload manager and leazy Loader for Mcp phar plugin library
And a Creator of Mcp Phar Plugin Library

Describe the solution you'd like
Need to have two method about the Mcp Plugin Library in a Phar
1 To load objcet in the phar file
2 To create phar libs for specific module plugin

Describe alternatives you've considered
the actual version is good but this is a possibile scenarios
