Xiaomi: notification call not show when screen locked

I am using redmi 9T and when device locked, notification not showing on device!

I am also facing this issue on some devices. Prima facie, looks like it is related to OS 14, but not sure. Have you fixed this issue? @khanhkom

@mraskar I see that the issue is caused by the permission of a special device. I need to add permission to show on the lock screen. I manually changed it, and this worked.
