Where the link text is a URL, I think it would be useful to check it against the link target.
Obviously it's infeasible to catch everything, but detecting obvious mistakes is useful.
For example a mailto link with a different email address.
Roughly it comes down to normalizing both and comparing them.
Is this too much overhead?
Can we show both these errors and other errors, instead of just failing on the first?
