Unable to run codes.

Hello Team,

I am trying to import the libraries in my jupyter notebook (using Anaconda) but I am getting a constant error. I have tried to update my anaconda too but I am still getting the same error. Also, I have tried using Google Colan Notebook but getting the error over there too. I am unable to get the reason why I am getting the error when I have been following exactly the same line codes mentioned in the document.

I have the link to the drive where I have uploaded the screenshot of colab error and the pdf of jupyter notebook error.

Also, just to let you know, I have tried to run the code even after reinstalling Anaconda in my system and making a new environment using Python 3.7.
