Missing mandatory title for RBB items after import

I've noticed that in the LinkedTV API the daily imported RBB videos don't always have the mandatory title after they are imported.
Browsing a bit back it appears to have started at 22.11.2013 and seems to occur until this week a bit random.

In the API portal (http://api.linkedtv.eu/mediaresource) it's not possible to view more details about these items as the title serves as link for this. Not sure if this missing mandatory title field also influences updates from other partners (e.g. if Noterik updates the locator after transfer to our servers).

this is probably related to issue #37 as the titles are extracted from the TVA files
