Screenshot says it all, not sure if I messed up a setting somewhere but this always seems to happen with the TT-70 radial decouplers and occasionally with the stack decouplers.

Please ask for help on the forums. There are a lot of people there who can help, along with telling you what other information is needed

Hey, actually just took a look at this. You can delete the file:
EngineLightRelit/MM_Configs/decoupler-configs.cfg
and that should stop the decouplers from having the light

Not sure what was happening, but I just tested this in 1.12.3, and I don't see the issue:
