将提取数据和写数据分离 #125

目前插件中收集到性能数据后，会立即通过API将数据写入influxdb，这样不利于管理且会出现死循环问题；

现将提取数据和写入数据两个操作分开，所有插件以后只负责提取数据，写入数据交由另外的模块独立进行，依旧通过API传入数据至数据写入模块；

需要在评论中给出方案，之后link pr，并在Reviewers中@LinkinPF；
