When I use shortcut (say, Super + s) it works only with letter from definition (s : inclusive case and language). Maybe it will make sense if it will be language and case insensitive like in other DE.
When I say case insensitive I mean Caps insensitive. That means when I use Shift explicitly shortcut should look like 'Super + Shift + s'.

upd:
Any shortcuts don't work in non-latin keyboard layout

I think it's Gnome problem. There are a lot of bugs with kwyboard layouts.
