Cinnamon broken again on latest Ubuntu 13.04

I've upgraded the system (including some kernel updates).
After restarting the whole window manager is broken:

As you can see some labels are english, some german?! File system should be Dateisystem, Trash should be Müll and so on. No clue why this happens (Language pack broken as well?)

I think this commit will fix the issue.

Edit: Well, it fixes at least one of the issues. But I suspect you could be experiencing other problems as well, possibly from other updates.

I can also confirm this. Removed the nightly PPA and all packages and installed the version in the Ubuntu repository and it started working again.

I just installed the latest updates and it fixed the problem.

I agree. Seems to be fixed. But I can't access LookingGlass. Anyone else having the problem?

I just updated and I cant see any window borders, no bottom panel, so not fixed :(
