why I need this, a situation is like following:
I write a script called "cat like typing" to temporarily disable keyboard, then when computer suspend or lid off, I can't go back(because I am not able to input my password), only have to log out then log in again, quite annoying.

I would also like to see something like that. The onscreen Keyboard should be refactored anyway, it is pretty useless as it is now.

@highwindmx: Some time ago i had onboard installed which worked on the login screen, but that s long ago, so i don't know if it works now. Just try it out

Uh, agreed. The on-screen keyboard is a complete mess.It can freeze cinnamon requiring a hard-reboot, and it cannot me moved around while it is covering half my screen.

Is there any other kind of on-screen keyboard do you recommend?

Cinnamon has nothing to do with login.
