Navigating through screensavers list with arrow keys does not change preview #6250

In the Screensaver preferences window, navigating through the list of screensavers with the arrow keys does not change the previewed screensaver.
It should change it after you stay on an item for half a second (it would not be good if it did it instantly, because the computer would probably lag trying to load dozens of screensavers if you were to quickly go past a lot of them)

Currently you have to hit Enter to get the preview to change. If there is some reason why you want to keep it that way, then at least the arrow keys should not change which item is highlighted. Visually/feedback wise, the highlighted screensaver should be being shown in the preview box above. So what it should at least do is not highlight the new item until you hit Enter. Instead there would just be an outline around the items as you arrow down through them, and then when you hit enter it would highlight it and preview that screensaver. (Although I prefer my first idea of a delayed automatic change without hitting enter.)
