Panel autohide doesn't work with taller panels

So it seems the autohide function doesn't take the actual height of the panel into consideration but just hides 25px worth of panel?

I suppose you hard-coded the panel height into the theme? If so, please try again with master. It shouldn't be a problem with panel heights configurable with gsettings.
