[Feature request] terminal output

This might be a nothing burger, but if you reading this like the idea please give it a thumbs up.

There is an applet already called CommandRunner which is good for what it does but massively missing out on some useful features and there seems to be no development on the applet so I'd love to see a more well rounded integrated function for it in Cinnamon. The applet prints out the output from a command, and that is basically it, nothing more.

What I'd like to see is:

1. Alternatively allow for printing on the fly, not just wait for a program or script to finish executing before outputting.
2. Allow the output to be multi-line for vertical panels.
3. Allow for terminal colors/bold/italic/underline etc to be used.
4. Allow for different font-sizes in one output.
5. Allow for outputting images (for example adding icons or creating graphs as output).
