Some Applications not respecting "Prefer dark mode"

Hi

I am on Fedora Linux 40 with Cinnamon 6.2.1 updated from here: https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/leigh123linux/cinnamon_next/

And some applications are not respecting "Prefer dark mode" after I have updated, the google online accounts gtk which launched from the online accounts option of Cinnamon Options and also Gear Lever/Flat Seal/Pods and others from flathub, before the update they was in dark mode, I'm using the same theme as I had before Arc-Dark and to test changed to a Mint-Y-Dark-Purple theme and the result was the same, a light mode application.

Steps to reproduce

upgrade fedora 40 from cinnamon 6.0.4 to 6.2.1 via the copr above
enable dark mode and change the dark mode option in the settings tab to "Prefer dark mode"
open online accounts from the cinnamon settings or one of the flatpaks above, the application will be in light mode

Expected behavior

The application in question to follow the desktop theme it had done so in a previous desktop version

Maybe its the new portals feature? dunno.

Just tested the new updates from the copr above which is now at version 6.2.2 containing the revert and I can now confirm that it fixes my issue with some applications not following the prefer dark mode option
