This one is annoying me all the time, so maybe I should put it on my xmas wish list... ;-)
I have enabled that the window focus follows the mouse pointer.
Now, when I drag something from one window and drop it into another window, the source window is kept focussed even though the mouse is in the target window. IMO this is counter-intuitive because when I drag something into a window, I usually want to interact with the object in that target window (not the source window).
Example: I drag a file from Nemo into gedit. After that, the Nemo window is still focused, but the mouse is in the gedit window. Now, when I press the shortcut Ctrl-W in order to close the gedit document, I close the Nemo window instead.
Please focus the target window after a drag and drop operation.
