[ISSUE] Can't pin to panel on Debian Bookworm (GNOME)

I downloaded Hypnotix package from the LMDE 6 "Faye" repository in order to watch my IPTV channels and installed it just fine using dpkg. Pinned the app to my Dock (Dash to Dock) before running it for the first time because i am pretty sure i'll be using it recurrently. Once i clicked it, the icon duplicated. When you hover the pinned icon it says "hypnotix" but the second one (the one attached to the actual Hypnotix window) says "hypnotix.py" and it is not possible to pin it.
