Alt+up leaves the menubar visible #1507

I've my menubar hidden (View>Menubar unchecked). If I hit alt+↑ (to navigate up), the menubar is shown, but remains visible after I release the key combination.

However if I hit alt again, it's not hidden, I need to hit alt twice for it to hide. My guess is that the menubar is shown the first time due to a bug, and the following alt is interpreted as "show menubar" (even though it's already visible). Just a guess though, I wish I didn't suck as C.
