 * Nemo version: 4.4.2
 * Distribution: Mint 19.3 Cinnamon
 * 64 bit

Issue

Please enable renaming a USB drive:

  1. with a Rename… option in the Contextual Menu
    image
  2. via the Name: field in the the Properties window
    image

Other information

Rename… option is shown in the Contextual Menu like for ods files
image

Use gnome-disk-utility or gparted, nemo is a file manager not a disk tool.
Maybe file a request against mintstick.
