Issue

when I arrange desktop items with panel always shown, then choose to auto-hide panel, and then re-arrange one item on desktop, that item will be vertically misaligned (shifted)

Steps to reproduce

  • Go to panel settings
  • Change panel visibility to "Always show panel"
  • Arrange your desktop items
  • Open panel settings again and choose "auto-hide panel"
  • Try to move one item on desktop
  • The item is misaligned vertically (shifted)

Expected behaviour

The moved item should be still aligned with other desktop items.

Notes

I think this vertical shift is dependent on the panel width, My panel width is 30.
