powerbi-hierarchySlicer issue in embedded report

We are using powerbi-hierarchySlicer - 2.2.2 version in many of our reports.
For the past few weeks, we are facing an intermediate issue with this slicer.

Slicer works well in Power BI Desktop and Power BI service (app.powerbi.com)
The issue happens when we use our report as embedded (Integrate report into the web) and we also sync this slicer across pages.

On the first load, the slicer loads data well.
But once we refresh the page. Slicer won’t load data.
This is intermediate.

In a few cases, Slicer won’t load data on the first load.

We contacted the Microsoft team for help. Based on the network log they didn’t find any error and asked to verify our code as it is working well in the Power BI service.
So, we created a fresh web page with the latest power bi javascript – SDK. We are able to replicate in new code as well.
Once, we are able to reproduce in power bi playground as well. By the time we planned to show it to the MS team, it is working good everywhere.
MS team requested to contact hierarchySlicer visual developer.

From git, I don’t see any recent changes.
Is this visual using any other SDK’s which may be creating issues.
