I have tried using your tool via docker, but am running into problems with vlisa_onesample. I am using a set of contrast maps created in nilearn (nifti1 format). When I try to execute the command
the error "input pixel repn must be float" results, although I managed to convert the contrast maps from nifti to .v format with vnifti without problems.
I am finding it difficult to interpret this error message. Could you point me in the right direction?
Thanks a lot for your time.
