Problems with creating a plan (Vorhaben) on dev

user: initiator, admin, group member
expected behaviour: if I filled out all required text field I should be able to save and create a new plan.
behaviour: There is a error. It tells me that I have to fill out the description field even though I filled it out.
important screensize: any
device & browser: Mac (safari, chrome, firefox)
Comment/Question: I cannot create a new plan (Vorhaben) right now because of this problem

fixed by csp changes
