ProjectCreateView from A4 seems to be only used for bplan, ext projects, project containers in meinBerlin (to be verified?!) and is a mix of project and module create.
Both in Aplus and mB, we then override ProjectCreateView for 'normal' multi module projects (they only differ in success_url as organisation slug is needed in Aplus).

It is very confusing and we should do sth about it, eg rename ProjectCreateView in A4 or/and move to mB?
