Option to prepend code to templates #18

Currently, it is possible to fully replace a template, e.g. with

epub.css : my_style.css

It would be nice, though, to have a way to just add a few lines of code before/after default templates, e.g.:

epub.css.append: "h1 { colour: red; }`
