What we need to document?

Currently, we do not have original papers for CovsirPhy project and users cite documentation of CovsirPhy and the Kaggle Notebook. Because they are updated many times, they may not follow ALCOA+ (Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate, + Complete, Consistent, Enduring, Available). We record all discussions in GitHub Issues page, but it is difficult for users to read all discussions.

Submission of a paper is requred. I found "Journal of Open Source Software" (JOSS).

The Journal of Open Source Software is a developer friendly, open access journal for research software packages.
