Where is the uninstall.sh script that your documentation says it is included in the repository?

Note

If you wish to uninstall LSMCD, you can use the ./uninstall.sh script, found in the same directory.

The uninstall script for the cPanel interface is in the lsmcd_cpanel_plugin directory res/lsmcd_usermgr.
The uninstall for LSMCD is described at https://docs.litespeedtech.com/products/lsmcd/getting_started/#removal
