同一模块页面下，用户是否可以按照权限分配来管理不同人员的数据（查看、修改或删除）

一个小组组长或部门领导除了可以管理自己的数据，还要管理其下员工的数据；按照不同的层级，是否可以分级管理数据呢，并与功能权限相配合。
