Cannot drop files on Safari

• Elixir & Erlang/OTP versions (elixir --version): 1.16.2 / 25
• Operating system: Mac OS Sonoma
• How have you started Livebook (mix phx.server, livebook CLI, Docker, etc): Latest main
• Livebook version (use git rev-parse HEAD if running with mix): 940d511bdbfd49d3dd943fd1cb7bb2d9312751c9
• Browsers that reproduce this bug (the more the merrier): Safari
• Include what is logged in the browser console: -

Current behavior

Hi, while testing #2577, I've got to this problem.

Dropping files doesn't work in Safari. It works fine in Chrome though.

The drop area just shaked a bit, but that didn't work in the end.

Expected behavior

Drop files in Safari should work as in Chrome. 🙏
