Describe the bug

Hi LiveKit team and community guys,
I'm using livekit-server for video conferencing.
And I noticed that others could hear my voice but I couldn't hear others' voices when I minimized the webview on iOS.
It's okay with livekit v1.5.2 but only on new versions (v1.5.3 and v1.6.0).
This is an important function because users have to switch apps when users are in a meeting.
