Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Looking to see if we can start the discussion on Linux/Deb repositories for update/install of livepeer to linux platforms

Describe the solution you'd like
Livepeer maintain a linux repository, similar to what grafana does.

This would make installation and updating much easier, it would open the door to easier implementation of ansible for playbooks.

@iameli can you provide any insight on the lift here?

This would make operations substantially easier for orchestrators who use certain Linux frameworks

It is also a blocker for @Nightwolf92's grant for the creation of an Ansible setup & install script. livepeer/grants#42
