Build Settings Screen

This feature involves building the User Settings Screen (which currently has a dummy Component). The following User Stories must be finalized (and tested included possibly) for the feature to be closed:

• As a User, I should be able to change the currency in which I would like to see the trading
• As a User, I should be able to see the trading prices change to the currency that has been set in the User Settings on both the Home Screen and the Company Details Screen
• As a User, I should be able to change the Broker of choice in the Settings Screen
• As a User, I should be able to call the number of the Broker that has been set in the Settings Screen from the Company Details Screen
• As a User, I should be able to view the Terms of Service Screen from the Settings Screen
• As a User, I should be able to view the About us Screen from the Settings Screen
• As a User, I should be able to view the Get in Touch Screen from the Settings Screen
• As a User, I should be able to go to the Rating section of the PlayStore/AppStore from the Settings Screen
