emacs hangs when executing the following block

Dear all,

Sorry for this noob question, but when adding a header to a
prolog block like this one:

#+HEADER: :session prolog-1

Emacs hangs and I have to stop the execution. Otherwise, it works. I am running Debian Buster.

I have verified the issue, but I can't seem to figure out why it triggers. I think there is some strange interaction with one of the hooks and inferior-prolog that I add to control comint-mode, but it isn't obvious to me.
