Sphinx WARNING: html_static_path entry does not exist #48

disclaimer: I'm very new to Sphinx

conf.py says html_static_path = ['_static'] but that directory doesn't exist? So I get a sphinx warning when generating docs.

Also my numpydoc types render wrong with sphinx_rtd_theme but correctly with default theme so I think it has something to do with that.
