Automatically create new palettes?

I like the different color palettes that come with V4.5, but sometimes they aren't exactly what I'm looking for. Directly picking colors often comes out looking bad, and even choosing 'color palette' pictures aren't as good.

Would there be any way to add a feature where we choose a few colors and it creates a color palette mosaic for us?

I had no idea this was still alive, I thought it was just left over code from the shift.

Edit:

Gave V3 a try, and unless you can copy the art style in the dataset your image will look like someone dumped paint buckets over it. The hinting is far less precise than V4; The original issue is still valid for this reason.
