Silent black integration

I don't want this tool to be "noisy", but if black checks that the file is 'pre-linted' (or perhaps even pre-linting the file before using it), it could then re-run black afterwards and either succeed silently or undo its changes (or at least, raise an error and give the option to do so) if black throws an error
