This repository contains: (1) The code for my MATLAB program used for simple tracking of finches based on color and contrast.
(2) Jupyter notebooks used for data analysis of finch activity levels, using the output from the MATLAB program.
These MATLAB files are found in the WebcamGUI folder.

The notebooks contain extensive guidance on usage.
