sunspots.csv dataset is not available

The "sunspots.csv" dataset used in Course 4 - Week 1 - Lesson 2 is not available anywhere in the entire repository.

Please make it available.

Just use the one I fixed.

Another issue I: it looks like the notebook additional talks about how to create an ARIMA Model for Time Series Forecasting. But it did not talk about it on week1.
