We meet next week - a good line up of talks - and a bunch of exciting announcments and a ticket giveaway.

Who's going to be around to help this month? We have some fresh organisers in - and @seanmtracey will be taking the mic. - but there are a number of tasks below.

Pre Event

Last day checks (Monday before event)

  • Confirm with Speakers via the github issues - @neshka
  • Confirm Venue arrangements with Conde Nast @admataz
  • confirm video - with Pusher this month @admataz
  • Pizza orders @admataz
  • Beer orders - @admataz

On the Night

  • MC/host ? @seanmtracey
  • Announcements
    • CityJS conf (add slide to MC deck)
    • Komron from CityJS will be there to announce workshops for CityJS - 2 min mic time
    • special mention of @hewIngram and @Ankcorn workshop
    • Raffle a ticket for Amsterdam.js
  • Upcoming LNUG initiatives and events - get involved!
    • podcast @simonmcmanus - if you're ready - or we can wait till next month
    • speaker slots available for upcoming meetups!! @everyone!! get people to submit proposals
