Requests for local testing should be mocked out. Determine if integrated tests should still run in CI.

@ajorczak-lob - the developer experience team are working on new SDKs that will be generated from an OpenAPI specification. Test coverage is a key part of the new SDKs and we are moving away from testing against Lob's live API towards mocking responses.

Since the team is focused on these new SDKs, we won't be prioritizing big improvements to the current SDKs. We will continue to support them and do bug fixes, etc.

I'm going to go ahead and close this issue.
