[Request] 默认显示使用字数而不是剩余

🥰 需求描述

剩余字数并不通用，自定义模型没数据就不显示。预设的数据也不够有效，api服务商的字数预设数据可能不一致。
还得重复解释为什么这个项目有字数限制的问题。

🧐 解决方案

可以加个开关显示剩余。
2、把默认历史数设置为15而不是无限，无限对不会的人没有意义只会报错。
