I'd like to raise awareness about the repo a bit. Announcing commits seems like overkill. Announcing force-pushes would be embarrassing.

GitHub feature request for issue feeds turned up a volunteer project that has added them, eg. ours is https://openrss.org/github.com/lobsters/lobsters/issues

I haven’t looked to see if they also have a PR feed, but this is enough to get us halfway there.
