AWS Provider Error: "VPCIdNotSpecified: No default VPC for this user"

What happened?
Cannot create workspace using AWS Provider with a specific VPC ID.

We already deleted the default VPC that comes from AWS in favor of using our own custom settings.

The existing VPC ID was supplied along with the key and secret.

But when creating the workspace error is thrown: VPCIdNotSpecified: No default VPC for this user

What did you expect to happen instead?
Create the workspace successfully

How can we reproduce the bug? (as minimally and precisely as possible)

Delete the default VPC provided by AWS and create a new one. Add the VPC ID when creating the workspace.

Local Environment:

• DevPod Version: v0.1.5
• Operating System: mac
• ARCH of the OS: ARM64

DevPod Provider:

• Cloud Provider: aws
• Local/remote provider: docker
