Android logseq sync doesn't upload

What Happened?

Android logseq doesn't upload any info. Only downloads. This means that if I write something on Android logseq, it does not sync to any of the others platforms. This doesn't happen with the others.

Reproduce the Bug

1. Sync android logseq
2. Input something new into android logseq
3. Wait for it to sync (upload)
4. Check logseq on Mac or iOS and doesn't have new input
5. Input something new into Mac or iOS logseq
6. Sync
7. Check android
8. New input is available

Expected Behavior

Android logseq should upload data.

Works for me, but I've not tried the nightly you are on. But it didn't work a few releases ago.

Phone: 0.8.1.6 on Samsung Note 8 with Android 9
PC 0.8.1.6 on HP Elitebook 850 G5 with Windows 10

I have a similar behaviour, but is caused by this issue: #7575

The newest Logseq Sync has introduced refined retry handling.
I've tested with my devices under a bad network connection.

On 0.9.1 and 20230414-nightly this issue is still a huge problem. It was a regression introduced in the past couple months.

I don't know that it never syncs from Android to cloud. I just know it hasn't synced various recent changes of mine.

I believe this is fixed with 0.9.4.
