What Happened?

PDFs and images do not render upon drag and drop onto a block. Screenshot is from today's Journal page, after I tried to upload (drag and drop) a screenshot (.png file)

Reproduce the Bug

Take screenshot or use PDF
Drag and drop the file (png, jpeg, PDF) onto block
File name appears inside double brackets
But the PDF or the image do not appear

Expected Behavior

Image or PDF appears so I can view the file
